Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality
• Document detailed test cases and plans for the development team
• Report and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools
• Work closely with developers and testers to understand product requirements
• Actively participate in Agile team processes and continuous improvement discussions
• Ensure test environments are properly set up for efficient testing
• Provide clear feedback and suggestions for improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual testing of software/web applications
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools and processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed test documentation
• Strong problem-solving mindset with practical solutions
• Experience in Agile testing environments
• Previous exposure to Silicon Valley start-up culture
